Rachel BenDavid is a Commercial Lender with Rockland Trust with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry on Martha's Vineyard. Rachel is also a certified fitness instructor and volunteers as a trainer at the Oak Bluffs Fire Department where her husband, Anthony is a volunteer firefighter. Rachel and Anthony live in Oak Bluffs with their three daughters.

Grace is an educational support professional for Project Headway at the Oak Bluffs School, she is also a part time EMT for the Town of Oak Bluffs. Grace has been actively involved in many local organizations including MV Figure skating club, the touchdown club, and the MV NAACP and volunteers for many other organizations.
Grace has 3 children who have all graduated college and are now pursuing their dreams in the professional world.
Ellen is the Advertising Director and Social Media Manager for Vineyard Style’s publication and she also sells advertising for the MV Striped Bass and Bluefish Derby. Ellen has been involved in community organizations on Martha’s Vineyard since her children were elementary school; Ellen was actively involved in the West Tisbury School and cofounded an organization for young musicians, JAM (Just about music). Ellen joined our board through our merger with Women Empowered. Ellen is a devoted mother and grandmother; she is passionate about traveling, music, photography and yoga.
Alison was born and raised on the Vineyard. After graduating from UMASS Amherst with a bachelor of science in hospitality and tourism management she moved to Boston and worked as a regional manager for a Fortune 500 company for many years. Alison is passionate about health and wellness and in seeking a more favorable quality of life has returned to the Vineyard bringing all of her experience back home. Alison owns an electrolysis practice in Edgartown.
Mary Jean is in her 4th year as an assistant at the Tisbury School and co-owns Truly Scrumptious Catering. She was brought up in a suburb of Boston and is in her 35th year as an Islander. She has a few decades of experience working for island non-profits in Development, Fundraising, Special Events Coordinator and Board Member as well as 38 years of experience in the hospitality business.
Mary Jean has worked on many island non-profit committees including the MV Boys and Girls Club, MV Community Services and MV Museum. She currently is an Advisory Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Cape and Islands and served on boards including MV Little League, MVRHS Booster Touchdown Club and Diamond Club, of which she was a co-founder. She also volunteers for Special Events for Red Stocking, PA Club and Hospice of MV.
She lives in Edgartown and has 3 adult children, 2 which live on the island and 1 on the South Shore.
Diane is the general manager & partner in the Hob Knob Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa in Edgartown. She is formerly from NJ with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality business.
Diane has served on many boards including the Patriot’s Path Council of the Boy Scouts of America, The Somerset Hills YMCA & Heartworks of NJ. She is also a longtime supporter of Susan G Komen and has personally raised over $85,000 through the 3-Day & Race for the Cure.
She is a long standing member of the James Beard Foundation & the Chaines de Rotisseur ( the oldest professional food & wine organization in the world).
Diane currently volunteers on the Edgartown Board of Trade Food & Wine Festival committee & the Christmas in Edgartown committee.
She has two adult children one in NJ & one in Minnesota & two grandchildren & lives with her husband Steve in Edgartown.
